A growing suburb
Cupania, in the north, was gazetted in 1991. Norfolk Village State School and Ormeau Woods State High School both opened on 1 January 2009, and the population rose from 12,439 in 2011 to 15,938 in 2021.
Pimpama River boundary
The river forms Ormeau's southern edge. Ormeau was activated for disaster assistance after the Christmas 2023 storms.

- Whether the switchboard needs work first, and why
- The cable route from the board to the charger
- Safety switch protection for the new circuit
- Any network paperwork, such as an Electrical Work Request
- The certificate of testing and compliance you will receive
- The contractor's electrical contractor licence number
